Shipping & Returns

NIPL is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Where do you ship?
Our shipping structure is dependant upon the product you order. Information regarding the same may be found on the product page itself.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at 8800202096 or email us at Hello@9Growers.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product label and packing is intact when you return the product to us.

How long does it take for the Refund to be processed?
Refund for orders paid in Cash will be processed within 24 hours of receiving Bank Details or UPI details from the customer. For orders paid using any mode other than Cash, refund will be processed immediately upon the return being approved to the original payment method. Bank processing time of 2 to 7 working days is be applicable in most of the cases.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellations have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to Hello@9Growers.com.com or calling 8800202096, and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. NIPL has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by wingreensfarms.com and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
In case your order does not reach you within 4 days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund.
